PICKUP: We will meet with you in the lobby or in front of the hotel at the agreed time. Where you will receive all relevant information in a short time and conclude the rental contract.

Have the necessary documents ready:

- personal ID or passport,

- driver's license,

- credit/debit card (needed for rental payment and deposit authorization),

unless otherwise agreed.

RETURN: We take over the vehicle also at the same location in the same manner and at the agreed time.

When you have finished using the vehicle, we would expect the vehicle in the same condition and with the same amount of fuel.

SELF CHECK-OUT: If the vehicle is in identical condition as at pickup, you are free to leave the keys at the hotel reception, but first photograph from all four angles for your records. 

You are always free to contact us for personal vehicle handover to an agent.
