Ensure all your relevant documents to issue is dealt as soon as possible.
Documents to be requested:
- Signed copy of the rental contract
- The damage report signed by the car rental company and by you
- The police report if any
- Proof that the deposit was paid in cash or charged to your credit card eg. a credit card statement showing that the card was debited
- A detailed evaluation of the damage
